sashalove262 This Tiffany ring is not real. I'm Sasha and I purchased you Tiffany's infinity ring. The day it was delivered I was leaving the country. So I have now worn it for maybe 3 days and it's fading. I took it to the Tiffanys store here in Atlanta so they could look at it and as it's not a real Tiffanys ring. however I knew that before I went to the store I just wanted to be absolutely sure because the ring should not have tarnished or faded.

I would happily take it back and provide you with a certificate of authenticity. That is absolutely ridiculous. I would honestly take it to another Tiffany store if they told you it was not real. cafejewel88 Also, what do you mean it is fading? It is sterling silver. Is it tarnishing by not being worn? I honestly cannot believe that they are telling you it is not genuine. I do not believe that, I am sorry. If they work at a Tiffany and company store I would think they could verify the authenticity lol

cafejewel88 @sashalove262 it won’t let me put an email down. It says it’s not allowed. Can you file a return claim and add photos there? Like I said, I will happily take this back. I’m sorry you had to deal with that there but you have my word that it is authentic. I will take it to my Tiffany’s and have them give me a new receipt for when I resell it. Most likely it just needs to be cleaned and polished up.

cafejewel88 @sashalove262 I may know what it is. My jeweler may have done a complimentary rhodium plating. It’s a platinum based coating that they put over white gold to make it bright white and hypoallergenic. It usually costs about $40 to rhodium plate a piece of your jewelry. Any jeweler can polish it off if you want it off. I’m positive that is what it is. Rhodium plating your sterling silver makes it more scratch resistant and it won’t tarnish.

cafejewel88 @sashalove262 do you have a jeweler? Just take it in and ask them to polish off the rhodium plating. They won’t charge for it. If you give me the location of the Tiffany’s that you visited, I will give them a call and clear things up for you
