altustin Hello, I read your comment about the New Balance Shoes size 11 you purchased from us, that did not fit you. I apologize about the situation. We are a charitable organization that receives many donations, and we are not always able to know if they are for women or for men. So it is very possible that the shoes might have been for women. altustin I contacted Poshmart support team regarding this situation with the incorrect size. They told me that you have to contact them to initiate the return process. I am sorry about this problem.

addtaser308 I am getting zero help from Poshmark support. Looking further into these shoes they do in fact appear to be womens and not men's as listed. Can I just ship them back on my own and get a refund. Support is zero help. Thanks

altustin @addtaser308 Please try Poshmart to return the shoes. Perhaps send the comments I wrote you, that the seller approves the return? It is better to get them to send you shipping label, so you don’t have to pay for shipping.
