Hi, I’m the seller of the black dress you bought. I saw where you wrote that you never received the item. I’m so sorry. I can’t see the tracking anymore since it was marked as delivered by USPS. I contacted Poshmark though and let them know you never received the item. Hopefully they will release your money back to you. I’ll keep you updated if I hear anything back from Posh.

Hi, I just heard back from Posh about the dress. They said you need to contact them and tell them you never received it and then they will fix it. If you go into your purchase history, there should be a place to contact them.

Hey I want to let you know that I mailed a cute little tiny popsicle chapstick/lipgloss with your order. Someone received their order and unfortunately it melted from sitting in the sun all day in the duffel. I did not consider the possibility of this occurring..

Please follow tracking so when the package arrives you or someone else can bring it inside immediately. I sincerely apologize. From what I’ve seen online you should be able the wipe it clean with rubbing alcohol if it dies melt, but do not rub, just wipe!! Please forgive me for my negligence. I was just trying to have the happiest clientele and the best reviews.
