suzmattes Hi, I’m the seller of the black dress you bought. I saw where you wrote that you never received the item. I’m so sorry. I can’t see the tracking anymore since it was marked as delivered by USPS. I contacted Poshmark though and let them know you never received the item. Hopefully they will release your money back to you. I’ll keep you updated if I hear anything back from Posh.

suzmattes Hi, I just heard back from Posh about the dress. They said you need to contact them and tell them you never received it and then they will fix it. If you go into your purchase history, there should be a place to contact them.

rapowell87 Please follow tracking so when the package arrives you or someone else can bring it inside immediately. I sincerely apologize. From what I’ve seen online you should be able the wipe it clean with rubbing alcohol if it dies melt, but do not rub, just wipe!! Please forgive me for my negligence. I was just trying to have the happiest clientele and the best reviews.
