tashahrel @justine_steph I do have a question. And thank you for the welcome. I purchased shoes on Sunday night and the seller informed me this morning she was not notified payment went through. I have been emailing Poshmark and have not received a response? How do I get in touch with someone? I need my shoes by Wednesday and it’s over $500 so they seller has to ship to them and me and I feel it may be not enough time

justine_steph @tashahrel If you go into the Your Purchases section it should show the shoes and if you click on them at the very bottom of the screw is an option to contact Poshmark through the listing which makes it easier for them to know which item is in question. They send immediate email responses that say they’ll try and answer w/n 24hrs so if you didn’t get that they may not know. You can cancel the sell if seller hasn’t shipped w/n 7 days which is also on the listing page.

justine_steph @tashahrel Since the seller mentioned payment, you may also verify your payment info is correct & I’ve had the Bank stop payment b/c they thought it was a suspicious charge, so it’s also worth calling your bank and letting them know this charge is authorized. Hope something I mentioned helps...

justine_steph @tashahrel As soon as a sell is made and the seller receives the notification that payment was made to Poshmark the seller is sent an email with the buyer’s shipping label for the transaction. If your $ processed and the seller still hasn’t shipped, then you can request the seller to cancel the transaction or you have to wait until you can cancel yourself if they fail to ship within 7 days.

tashahrel @justine_steph yes so in the beginning the payment did not go through so I went in on the same day when notified and changed the card and it processed. I’m not sure what the hold up is now. The seller is just as clueless as me. We need @pm_editor to intervene

justine_steph @tashahrel It sounds like you do need a @PM_editor at this point. I’d advise to keep emailing them and also the seller because if your payment processed they may need to check their email again or they can also request a new shipping label be sent to them. Gosh what a mess you are having to go thru - I sure hope it gets resolved today! If I can think of anything else I’ll let you know. So sorry you’re having a bad Posh experience

tashahrel @kinghu they give you 4 days. But if you go to the Moncler site the size 4 Coat is supposed to be (8-10) it runs small I guess because I couldn’t fit it either. Happy your daughter is the new owner. Thanks
