theoo7doc Welcome & good luck in your house hunting. We just bought our 2nd home last May and found the 'Zillow site the most helpful we've ever found. There are many programs for 1st time home owners where you can get by with as little as 3% to 5% down. Try Zillow as they have so much right there including factoring in property tax and mortgage payments based on your down payment. God Bless, Margie

maddieh95 Hello. I bought the J. Mendel dress for a friend who is going to a service. I think it is lovely; however, it smells like cigarette smoke. Is there anyway to air it out? I want to keep it but need your advice.

tweetyt11 @maddiehilton95 hi, umm that is odd. I don't smoke cigarettes. The dress has been in my closet untouched for two years. I have heard that if you spray febreeze or vinegar water mix on clothing and hang for an hour it can remove the smell. Hope that helps.

My friend lost her mother and I want her to have a classy, sensible dress so that people will not judge her at her mother's service. I would be afraid that she would show up in an inappropriate dress from Forever 21.
