Hi Tasha I just received those H&M shoes back. I’m sorry they didn’t work out for you but they are clearly stated that they are European size 38 right inside the label. So according to Poshmark‘s measurements they are an eight. I Purchased them for myself as an 8 1/2 and they were just a little bit snug on me. So again I guess you didn’t try them on but they really are an eight. 😞

@mosolly I DID try them on. My foot is a 7.5 but I often buy an 8 for comfort. I could barely squeeze my foot into these. They were so tight there is no way I could wear them. You are correct, in that the label says 38, but ALSO says US 7 just under that. Not all 38’s are an 8. So, no, they are not “really an 8.” I included a photo with my return request, that clearly shows the size US 7 label in the underside of the shoe tongue. Please look at the tongue of the shoe to see the sizing label.

@trsles Yeah OK I wasn’t accusing you, I just couldn’t figure out how I could’ve missed tagged those size wise. and now I realize that on poshMark sizing a 38 is an 8. And when I bought them for myself they were only a little snug on me as an 8 1/2 so I thought maybe you just saw the size inside and didn’t try them on. No worries I relisted them.
