misstashmahl @giggles217 thank you for the update. Keep me posted if you can. They sent me an email saying you’ve received the label and it says label created in tracking. PoshMark said they were just waiting on you to print and ship it. Sorry to bug you.

giggles217 @misstashmahl The original sender and I both have contacted them about this missing label and are still waiting to hear back bc while y'all both were told an email was sent I have checked extensively in all inboxes (spam, focused, other, etc.) and know I never recieved it.

giggles217 @misstashmahl Sorry I've only randomly used poshmark so this is all very new and frustrating for me too. Worst case scenario I'll pay out of pocket to get it to you I guess but never use this site again bc of all this terrible customer service and trouble.

misstashmahl @giggles217 yeah I’ve never experienced this. I blame the seller. She was very negligent and didn’t double check the packages before placing labels. She was just like OOPS to me while I’m frustrated. I sell lots of stuff and never did this or had this happen and I buy a lot. I’m so sorry you got stuck with this too. I’ll email support again and tell them you haven’t received a label as well.

giggles217 @misstashmahl What day did they say they sent it? I want to make sure it matches what ebill97 said it did on her email too. And recheck with that as a keyword to search for again. Is there anything you can think of I can search for that may possibly bring it up if I somehow missed it? I'll redo my search again if you can think of anything.

giggles217 @misstashmahl I already checked everything from the 30th/Thursday already and the title poshmark yielded nothing as well. Also I rarely delete emails so it wasn't in there eitherbwhen I checked for good measure. What did your return label title say and what was the sender in the email address? Maybe that will bring it up.

misstashmahl @giggles217 Hi Tasha, this was my email this morning. The pdf file is in your email. You should see a pdf file. Box to click on. Or get it from the app. Please have the buyer reach out to us directly for label assistance. The label was sent to the buyer and can be downloaded from the app as well. If they do not ship by 5/10, please reach out for refund assistance.
