1uniqueboutique Hi, I read the feedback and was really surprised at the rating. The bracket was included as those were straps and the bracket holds the straps behind your head. They were not ear loops. I am sorry that you misu understood that. it was stated that the bracket was included for the straps not ear loops. I am sorry that you felt you had to rate it a 1.
