bettinab73 Hi there, gosh I’m sorry about the pieces coming out when they were shipped, nothing was even loose so I honestly am not sure what would be the best solution. I’d hate for you to be able to see the glue, maybe a specialty glue for silver and semi precious stones, I bet if you called a bead/hand made jewelry supply shop they’d know. Please let me know how it turns out.

bolling_a Hey Carmen, I received my sunglasses, thank you. However, I have one issue. These were listed as new in the box, but there is a scratch, small, but still there right at eye level on the right lens. What can we do? Can I get some kind of a discount for that? Let me know. If you say so I’m very sorry, there’s no way to issue a discount, if you are not satisfied at all you are welcome to return them. I’m very sorry x the inconvenience, don’t have any idea how the scratch happened, had them for years and never ever used them, just let me know what you want to do, no problem , thanks x contacting me about it
