river_rock @mistle @hobsonwife Thank you both for reaching out to contact me. I am have sold my first blouse and look forward in selling more. However, I would like to buy a dress. I have purchased one and it hasn't been shipped (4 days). (I understand that I have to wait 7 days before cancelling.) In the meantime, I have made offers and commented on other's closets with the same dress/size. Still no responses! When shopping, how can you tell which closets are reputable?

mistle Unfortunately, these issues do happen. It's known as shopping in "dead" closets. There are different ways to tell if a closet might have been abandoned. Look at the listings and see when they were updated last. Click on the "About" button and see when the posher was last active. And ask a question about the item or any item in the closet and see if you get a response. Have you tagged the seller on the item you purchased? Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and cancel when you can.

mistle And no, unfortunately there is no other way to upload besides the app. If I didn't have an iPad and had to use my phone instead, I probably wouldn't be listing here.

hobsonwife @river_rock Also, you can look at their ratings to see where they stand. If they have a low rating be leery bc others have had issues as well. Now, obviously you can read feed backs as well but often people are very critical and will give a lower rating for something so minor. You can pick and choose what you think would be an issue to you and judge their rating how you would feel.

river_rock @hobsonwife I cannot find other's ratings. I have looked through several people's profile as well. Also I guess their "About" page is their main profile page or so.

mistle The About page will contain Love Notes given and received (if any). There is also a "star" rating but that's only visible to the seller.

mistle One more thought... Since the love notes/comments are only visible in conjunction with a five star rating, you won't see any negative feedback there. Look for problems in conversations on sold listings; sometimes you can spot issues there.
