beautymerchnco Hi @brwest2021! Thank you for your question! All customers pay a shipping fee when they buy from you. If they are asking for a discounted shipping rate, you can reduce the price when you send them an offer but creating a bundle for them. Reduced shipping makes it more enticing for customers to buy from you! I hope this helps! Have a great day!😊

beautymerchnco @brwest2021 To get paid, your customer must accept the package of items you have shipped to them. That’s when PM deposits the funds to your PM account. You can use those funds to purchase items from PM. Or you can move it into your personal account(CIBC, TD…)….

beautymerchnco @brwest2021 To move the money to your own personal account, you must set up direct deposit for PM. Once you request the funds be deposited to your personal account, PM will take approx 48hrs(during business days and hours) to deposit the money into your personal account. Once it’s in your account it’s free for you to use how you wish. I hope I explained it clearly. It can be a little confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze! 😊
