credmon3 @tamqcoop Good morning. I wanted to let you know that I found the strap belonging to the Dooney & Bourke handbag (Pictures listed above). I also want to apologize if any of our communication was subpar. However, I see that the case you opened was approved and I would now feel more comfortable continuing with a product return since I now have an IND against me. No hard feelings. I’m just concerned with the next few steps in this transaction.

tamqcoop @credmon3 I’m not to familiar with IND as I don’t buy and sell often from this site and I do not intend for anything to go against you for what I consider to be an honest mistake. I am just a buyer trying to obtain what I paid for in its entirety. If you would like to send the strap that’s fine. If you want me to send the bag back that’s also fine.
