Hi! Thank you for recently purchasing a pair of tan neutralizer shoes from me. I truly appreciate it. I unfortunately made a big mistake and swapped labels with another package I sent the same day. I am so so sorry. This is the first time this has happened. I will follow protocol to make sure you get reimbursed. I am so sorry 😞
