Hello Tawnia! I’m sorry there was a problem with this package getting from the ups store to federal mail. I’ve been hunting it down and it’s on it’s way, they said yesterday. I have never had any thing like this happen in my life. They said the package should be seen today. They messed up! Please let me know if you do not want it once you receive it. You will have to repurchase it I guess. I am contacting Poshmark today. My sincere apologies for the missing package! Raquel

Oh! I’m sorry that happened! I wasn’t sure what was going on, but I’m new to Poshmark- your item was my very first purchase! There is also a problem with my account apparently, as there is a bad email addy associated with my profile. They are helping me get it squared away (hopefully 24 hrs). Crud, what a messy first experience😝. The payment has not been placed back on my card yet, but when it is reversed, and I have the item, can I just repurchase it so you are compensated?

I set this account up a long time ago, and then forgot about it. Now that I’m finally trying it out, I guess I got a few kinks to work out. So based on my second purchase (a bra), I was given a notification that it had shipped. I did not get a shipping notification for yours so I thought there was something wrong😕

K, email issue is fixed, and I just got an email that your item has shipped! I was given the option to keep instead of cancel so I believe it’s all good now👍🏼
