julia_s56 Hello - it’s Julia S. I just received the theory wool stretch dress. It is so small, it’s not a size 4. I can fit into the dresses that are a size 0, 2 and 4 and I can’t even close the zipper. It looks like it’s been washed and shrunk. Please advise. I don’t want to report anything negative but the size was way off.

tayler @julia_s56 Hi Julia! This was a re-posh. I also ordered from PM but it was too small for me. I don’t own much of this brand so think it must be small sizing. In the description I wrote it ran small for this reason. I am so sorry that it does not fit! I tried to describe the item as accurately as possible and priced for its condition. However if you think it was not as described, you’ll have to open a case bc I can’t do anything else from my end :(

julia_s56 @taylerbsmith1 Hello - yes, you indicated it ran “a little” small so I was thinking perhaps a 4 would fit more like a 2, which would of worked fine. This isn’t even a 0, it really looks like it was shrunk. Not sure what to do, this has never happened before
