tay_luuux @ibrake4bargains actually yea, I do have a question. So when you go to close a sale do you have to pay for shipping yourself or does Poshmark take care of it? Also, how do you receive the money for the item?

riddims @tay_luuux shipping is paid by the buyer. Poshmark charges the shipping to the customer at checkout. When the customer pays, you are emailed a prepaid shipping label, simply print the label and package your item. You do not have to pay for shipping....unless...

riddims @tay_luuux if the package you are shipping weighs more than 5 pounds, you have to "upgrade" your shipping label and this does come out of your pocket. I have only had to upgrade a label twice...the first time I learned the hard way. I accepted an offer on 5 items, and the package was heavier than 5 pounds..I had to pay $7 for the heavier shipping label, so just keep that in mind if you sell a bundle.

riddims @tay_luuux When the customer receives the item, they have 3 days to report any problems, the money is released to you when they accept the package and/or when the 3 days have passed and no issues have been reported. The money is in your Poshmark balance. This can be withdrawn directly to your bank account.

hollieann2020 Hey girl! Your pic is awesome 😎. I saw your offer for the Birkenstocks and I need to get at least 85. I purchased these for my daughter and they were listed as a sz 8 but were marked a sz 39 which according to posh was too close to be considered wrong size so I am trying to get her money back. I wanted you to know that we weren’t being firm on the 95 just need to get her enough to get another pair in her size. If you decide you do want them I can ship today.

tay_luuux @aj9063910 hey, Annette! I understand the circumstances. A $5 offer leaves you with $2, which is not very fair. The shipping fee of $7 is also annoying m, but standard for Poshmark. At the end of the day, I’d be paying a lot as well. That being said, would you be willing to accept $8?
