best_designers Hi Taylor! Welcome to Poshmark and thanks for the shares! I’ve lived on the beach my entire life - St. Simons Island! Regarding the Brit style plaid dress.... it is absolutely adorable and so functional. Yesterday, I wore mine with a CK black turtleneck and black leggings....it’s lined and a trapeze design. cloud9575 🦋Hi Taylor! 🦋 Ironic I used to manage Vera Bradley in house when I worked for Hallmark. Lol. I dealt w/ the Rep&the tags had 2 be tucked in, etc.. Anyway, I’m new hon&please tell me how to offer $4.99 shipping only on an offer. Couldn’t get it 2 work. Plus you did it for 6 hours. I’m Julie btw. tlpicard @cloud9575 Hey Julie! The reason it was 4.99 shipping for six hours was because it was a "closet clear out" promotion that Poshmark runs! When you drop your items by at least 10% during those times it drops the shipping down by 4.99 as well. You can offer 4.99 shipping to your buyers though by selecting $1.50 off shipping when it says "make an offer." Hope this helped!

cloud9575 Hey! Thank you so much. Great to know. This customer is complaining abt sunglasses he bought from me & actually they’re worth more than what I charged him. A Posh Ambassador reported him because he was being a difficult customer. I don’t know what to do! He’s sketchy & I’m honest. He says he sending ‘em back to me. I’m frustrated. What would you do?

tlpicard @cloud9575 Some sales just aren't worth it, and this sounds like one of them. In order for him to return the item for you, Poshmark has to approve of the return and verify that the quality isn't what was promised. So, he may not even be able to return the item if Poshmark doesn't approve of it. He's not worth your energy, just take the glasses back and resell them if that's what it comes down too.

tlpicard If you listed the item as NWOT and they were not new without tags, sadly that falls back on you. It is your job as a seller, to be honest about what you are selling and to make sure the description is accurate to what you are shipping to the buyer. In this case, it seems as though you listed them as NWOT (New without tags) but the buyer said that there was a clear indication that they had been used. It is important to be clear in your description if there are any claws with the item.
