Taylor, if you are unhappy, I really am sorry. It is so important to communicate. One minute your making an offer, then I attempted to make things cheaper (I had difficulty with making the #’s work out to be a total of $30 for you). But then not another word. Your offer was still standing, and there was still no word from you, so I accepted it. I am disappointed about the transaction. I would’ve rather everything be on agreeable terms.
