abernathyfinds Hi Taylor! I'm so sorry that the sequin top was damaged during shipping. I wrapped it in tissue paper and packed it carefully into a poly mailer. I'm mortified that you received the package split open and bandaged with tape. Thank you for providing feedback and for being so fair. I plan to call USPS today to let them know about this experience.
