happyresellstar Hi there. I’m very sorry to report I made a mistake in shipping your Cole Haan shoes and sent them to the wrong address. I am very very sorry. I am working with poshmark to figure this out. Most likely, the order will just be cancelled. Again, my sincerest apologies.

happyresellstar Fyi i emailed poshmark again (they don’t have a phone number) and got a message back saying their inbox is full and my message couldn’t be delivered. I’ll try again later today.

happyresellstar One option is to file an appeal with your payment method to get a refund. The buyer who has has your shoes is waiting to receive a label from Poshmark-but again-they can’t be reached.

tkovarik @happyresellstar they sent me a label, I will print it and send the flannel back to you this weekend. Sadly, I will need to cancel my Cole Haan purchase because I needed it for a gift and it is now too late. I am not sure how to proceed with that aspect of my purchase, but I will send the flannel back to you soon!
