stellavirginia Hi there, just wanted to let you know I mailed your package two days ago and I have contacted poshmark to let them know that it still is not tracking. I’ll keep you updated. 😀

stellavirginia @mtdobbins1 so it looks like a tracking number was created but when I tried to track it, there is no tracking history. Normally, it shows me all the different facilities it has been checked into on its way for delivery. Poshmark says we need to wait 10 days from mailing date in order to lodge a complaint because of all the mail delays going on. So fingers crossed it’s on its way. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear anything. 😊

jeannesinclair hi Taylor. there was some confusion with your mailing label and I am so sorry. please forgive me. you will be receiving your PKG tomorrow however you will be receiving another girl's backpack and her, your top. please don't bother opening so it won't need to be resealed. I've contacted posh n they are letting me know what they do in this situation. I am so terribly sorry for the mistake but will make sure it's fixed right away. again please accept my apology.

mtdobbins1 I have sent your item back to your address. The original box was not going to work at post office as it was smashed and to track would have been $50.00+ because of size. I transferred backpack to USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Large box. It was $21.90...do not worry about it during these times we need to help each other. The tracking #9505 5161 6222 1034 7817 12.
