wanderforwaves Hi, you just bought my Lucky Brand boots and apparently my labels got switched. You will probably receive Benefit brow makeup instead. I am contacting Poshmark to get this fixed. The person who received your boots contacted me and is working to get them on to you. I’m so, so sorry for the mixup!!!

wanderforwaves @tayrapeterson hi!! So so sorry again! I think you just need to file a claim/start a case or raise it with Poshmark, and they will help us straighten it all out. The buyer that got your boots is willing to send them on to you. I think we are just waiting for you to receive the wrong thing and raise it with Poshmark for them to get started with a solution. I will do whatever they want to resolve the situation. So sorry again! 😢
