@tayyibairam yeah it took me awhile to get my head around it when I first joined too. If you need a hand feel free to ask me and I'll assist you with what I've learnt. If I can't help you customer service is always a great help too. This website is packed with resources.
Tabs I tend to use the most are our personal profile tab which behind that you may have already discovered has tabs within tabs including- my purchase ( great way to keep track of where your purchase are at)

- My Closet (is where your items for sale are easily sourced by you)
- my offers (any offers you have made on items or sellers have made to you on items you like)
- my sellers tools (one of those tab within a tab scenarios that allows you to track items you have sold, make offers to people who like your items, vacation mode = notifing everyone who sees your profile that you won't be active for a certain time frame also stops people from being able to purchase your items while you enjoy a break)

@tayyibairam you can use your own packaging. I can only use Australia post due to my location. I'll try and find the Poshmark users guide to help you.
Some of the parcels I've received have been eg crossroads shopping bag turned inside out and the item was nicely folded on the inside. boxes will weigh more so depending on what you sold bags tend to save on weight

there are a few things the same. once you have packed up your item. you will possibly need to measure high, length and width and weight

under you profile tab there are tabs within tabs. on my phone far right hand side mine is @chuf18 when I click on that I can scroll and click on "my sales" tab.
click on the item you have sold. in there you can print packing slip that also has the buyers address which Poshmark will email to you.
you have 3 days to package and book sendle to pick up your item.

under my sales this is where you track your items delivery progress.
under my sales, if you click on the items you have sold and have any difficulty with the process ( as I have in the past) there is a tab to contact customer service in which you are emailing them in relation to that sale and postage, ect.
they can see that item an can also guide you step by step or fix things at their end.

you can contact customer service through same process under my purchase if an item you have received arrives damaged or there are other issues. also talk to customer service before accepting your item you have purchased within 3 days of receiving it if you are not happy.
as a seller you will only be paid once your customer receives and is happy with their item eg no damage. (They have 3 days from day of receiving their item) if they take longer contact Poshmark customer service

@tayyibairam keep up the good work. don't be shy to keep asking questions on what's daunting you. If I or any Poshmark ambassador (profile with red star or gold star) can't assist. then that's what the customers service team is there for.
once you get your head around it you will find it much easier to use. keep up the good work.
