Hi Teagan, Poshmark has notified me that you accidentally marked your item as "delayed" and in doing so accepted the item as having been delivered to you before it was even shipped out. I reached out to them right away for a shipping label since your "accepting" the item prevented the creation of a shipping label. I also asked Poshmark if I could cancel the order to have your payment returned to you, to avoid inconveniencing you after the mistake.

That said, you accepted and left a 3/5 star review for the order being delayed just a day after purchasing, preventing it from being shipped. Since items aren't typically reviewed until being received, (for accurate portrayal of shipping time, customer service and item quality) I would greatly appreciate if you removed this inaccurate rating. Thank you!

@teaganolson I’m sorry, their email to me said they released your funds! I proposed both to Poshmark as options, so I can ask now for another new shipping label and get them out this afternoon or just confirm with them that it’s canceled to make sure you’re getting your refund. Whichever you prefer.
