teeshaph Hi, I really feel like your one star review is very harsh. I sold you Chacos that we’re used but in great condition and I gave you a great deal. I didn’t hide anything in my post- I really just don’t think that was a fair review. You can send them back for a refund if you’re that unhappy with them, I’d be happy to help with that. 🖤

indigoboho I LOVE Chacos and own several pairs. I’ve recently purchased 6 other pairs of chacos from Poshmark, because I’m a Chaco nut, lol... , and so I have several that I’m comparing yours to. None of my other Chaco purchases have had the strap issues and all of them have been in better condition, and a few pairs were within $5 cheaper than yours, and practically new. So I had a preconceived notion that these would be roughly the same quality for the price.

indigoboho I do find your Chaco Sandals look to be in good condition, and as depicted, however, not to my standards for the price, as the adjustable straps are unmovable, and I am unable to get them on my feet without adjustment, which I cannot do, so I cannot wear them.😕

indigoboho The adjustable straps are a trademark of Chaco sandals, and I’m aware, as per Chaco cleaning protocol, that one can loosen the straps by cleaning and the use of fabric softener, but these straps are REALLY stuck, and never had this issue even after a day in river,mud, and sand. I am sorry to say, but I would have NEVER paid $35 for these had I known about the condition of the straps, and I would NEVER in good faith sell these to anyone in this state without specifying the strap issue.

indigoboho In short, this is a misunderstanding of the condition of the item I was getting; they are not in a state that I can wear them. 😕 I would like to return the Chaco sandals, for a full a refund if you’re agreeable. teeshaph @teahjuan okay! So for my understanding PoshMark doesn’t allow returns for something not fitting, etc. But where you’re saying the straps won’t move then it shouldn’t be a problem to try and return. You have to go to the order and click “problems with order” then “item not as described” to start the return process and then get the return label sent. 💕 make sure you list them as defective and unable so they approve it! I had no idea the straps were like that so I apologize!
