treciaamr @laceek83 I thought sending you a comment was reaching out to you? Sorry my approach wasn’t to your liking. The shoes were mailed back out to you today, and all I really want is a refund. I promise you, had I noticed the powder I wouldn’t have purchased the shoe. Truly have no issue with the way you are planning on handling the problem.
