Hi, I’m sorry you had an issue with ship time on your order. You ordered on 11/13 and your package was dropped off on 11/14. There’s absolutely no possible way I could have improved ship time on your package so am very confused by that. I do apologize if the post office didn’t deliver your package in a timely manner, but I have absolutely no control over that. I ALWAYS ship same or next day ❤️
