krystaldivine I have cancelled this order per your statement that you submitted an offer by accident and for this reason, the system would not allow you to cancel. Going forward, please be mindful because when you make an offer, you have to go through several steps by selecting the offer butting, key in the amount and then the system still asks you are you sure before submitting. Now I have to figure out how to get my listing back to an available status because it's still showing sold.
