tekaqueen @aprilclark123 no I don't rate ppl low just because,they're are things that should be considered when it comes to customers rating products. also to have the mind set that your always are going to have perfect ratings is a naive mind set and can prepare you to not be able to face the not so good ratings. You can do the ultimate best and strive to give your best and still have a customer that feels differently. Ty for your postive attitude.😊

I'm not a person to bash anyone but a Person of honesty and I always rate my experience of purchases based on certsin things that all Customers should consider. ratings are suppose to be for helping business and taking constructive criticism and applying it to make a business person better.i hope this helps. 😊

I’ll just keep in mind that just because they don’t have a perfect rating maybe there was a packing issue or something so the rating may not be a true score of their selling abilities. I will strive to never get a 2 Star again. Ty. :)

select2nds Hi! You just rated the kate spade wristlet you purchased from me. The material on the mirror is the original packaging material that is to be peeled off before using the bag. It is not ‘coming off’ as you stated. Please peel it off and edit your rating if you wouldn’t mind. Thank you!

tekaqueen @select2nds I'm not tlking About the plastic on the mirror I'm referring to the actual material that keeps the mirror in place the glue hold it together has completely lifted and appeared that way on the pics u had posted when I went back and looked at it. my rating matches my experience with the item at this time

At this point I would rather you return the bag if you are not satisfied than receive a low rating. I have a 5 star average rating from 130 ratings so I hope that you take that into consideration.

It seems as if you are the exception. Please request a return/refund as soon as possible, and I will again request that you do not buy from my closet again. Thank you.

Finds whatever fault she can to give a low rating. 130 buyers have given me an average 5 star rating, but she revived a never used kate spade wristlet for $15 and found something wrong enough to give me 3 stars. Then wanted to keep it! That’s just rude.

Not one time did i say it was malicious what was on the item. Again I'm not gonna keep it and ask for a refund at the sametime. I will gladly mail you back the prod after I get my money so please chill out cause your escalating and telling me what i need to do when your approach is all wrong.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you have to option of initiating a claim for a return and get your money back. But you cannot do this if you’ve already accepted the item, which you did. Since you’ve accepted the item, I am not obligated to allow you a refund. My only point here is that if you are unsatisfied, professional protocol would be to give the seller an opportunity to correct the situation.

select2nds Before you give a bad rating. You can do this in two ways; wrote the seller or initiate a claim for return and refund. I don’t think I’m wrong to say that you did neither. My whole point is just this. I don’t feel I’m being unprofessional by pointing this out, I feel that I am just helping you as the buyer to understand professional protocol.
