mithrift Hi Tena, We were surprised to receive the 1 start rating on the shoes. We are very careful to describe our items accurately to manage our reputation as a charity. The description for the shoes you ordered indicated that the corner of the box is damaged. That damage is also shown in one of the pictures. The shoes were in brand new, never worn condition when packed. If for some reason something happened to them during transit, we would love to know. You may contact us through our website.
