nancyann09 @glamazonisme I had just put tips on the heels to refresh the boots. There was an area on heel that was worn. Shoemaker put extra leather to reinforce heel. Have ur shoemaker do the same on other heel if it bothers u. No one is gonna see it anyway down there when u r wearing boots. The whole heel does not have to come off hope this helps!
