Hi Tera! Thanks for the purchase! Wanted to update you on the shipping progress (or lack thereof). I dropped off your items yesterday (Monday) around 12:30. I was checking the status today, & it says "Pending Shipment Scan." I find this unacceptable from the USPS, but I will be watching the status & keep you updated. My apologies for this situation. The last few items I've sold have had shipping issues similar to this. Thanks for understanding. Stephanie

Hello Tera. I received your message about the coach bag you purchased from me. I dropped the package off earlier today at shipping center. There is jo mail tomorrow due to MLK holiday. I honestly don’t know what to do about this since. Let me contact customer service.
