breannah84 Hi Tera! I’m sorry the shoes weren’t as expected. The picture that I have posted are the exact same shoes that you received. Im so sorry about a missing charm. When I bought them they didn’t have a charm attached and nothing in the box. I honestly had no idea there was even suppose to be a charm. 😞
