I'm really upset about your 1 star rating but with the coronavirus happening and it being around Christmas time that's why it took so long. As you can see I shipped the very next day

I also had two other orders that went out the same day as yours and they still have not received their items due to coronavirus and Christmas time, there is a lack of employees and the USPS is a mess so giving me a one-star really upsets me but thank you for your purchase

I really don't feel that I deserve a one-star over something I had no control over as soon as you purchased these boots you will be able to see the scan date it was the very next day, it is not my fault that it took 10 days to get to you. I apologize but as you can see I am a top seller and I also send my items same-day or next-day

I have never gotten a one star before and you have to realize with coronavirus happening and it being at a peak there are ton of workers not working because of it and the USPS is advising everyone the packages will be arriving late so I would appreciate it if you would go and change your rating because I gave you a beautiful set of brand new boots in the same new box at a unbelievable price and even worked with you on that

I went back and looked at the scan date and it was the next day that you purchased the boots from there on out it is not in my control I did my job by getting to the post office the next day with your item and I'm sorry that the USPS and this Coronavirus it is affecting all orders. it's not fair to give me a one star I would appreciate it if you would look into it before you jump the gun because the scan date the very next day you purchase the item

I see you are new to Poshmark so before you go and put her anything else know that while this coronavirus situation is going on all orders will be taking a long time. Like I said I sent to other people their packages and both of them still haven't gotten them but luckily I've gotten customers that have ordered from me before and know the situation with the USPS taking a long time.

your order date was December 30th, USPS was closed December 31st and also January 1st, by December 30th I had already dropped your package off so actually it was the same day then you have to figure in New Year's Eve and New Year's Day no mail is coming in or going out, then you have to figure in it's just after Christmas and coronavirus is going on which there is a lack of postal workers

I am a top seller and I am known for my fast shipping. With you being new I'm sure you do not know what us as sellers do as soon as we get an order we ship it out same day or the next day. You purchased something on a holiday so you have to figure in there were two days when the post office was closed and then the other postal office that I use is closed permanently due to Coronavirus because we have a huge coronavirus outbreak in this area

I January 2nd due to you ordering on a holiday everything was closed because it was New Year's Eve the next day and the following day was January 1st and in my area to USPS is off on that day as well so I checked it and they actually scanned it on January 2nd when they reopens. so there was already three days behind due to it being a holiday and Coronavirus. if you order anything else off of any other sites you're going same service

sorry but that's what happens when you order on a holiday and businesses are closed and where I live we also had a terrible snowstorm and I live 30 minutes from the post office and I drove in it to get your package to the post office the same day you ordered it but then the post office was shut down for two days because it was a holiday, USPS on their site has made it very clear the packages all packages are arriving late
