terahcoffman I accepted by mistake, but the order has never arrived. What day did you send them? Customer service has told me to contact them on the 21st if they have still not arrived. I have had no trouble receiving any other package to my house. What carrier did you use?

terahcoffman @crachelle92 I read your message again and so think I misunderstood. Because I accepted the offer, you were unable to mail? Is this correct? How do I fix this? I am new to Poshmark and accepted by mistake. Customer Service gave me a tracking number but the tracking says it has not been mailed.

crachelle92 @terahcoffman I will contact them again as well (I contacted them as soon as it said accepted and the shipping label went away) and see what I can do on my end! If they won’t do anything I could always grab your address and ship them. I’ll even pay for the shipping part on my end ❤️

terahcoffman @crachelle92 I spoke with April in customer service today and they are supposed to send you a new postage label by email. They gave me a tracking number for it. If you don’t have it, maybe it went to spam?
