t_leigh_r Ok. It’s not shipping to my house so will try to resolve it as soon as I get to the package. It was a present to someone so I shipped it to their house. I’ll need to connect with them.

anyac17 @t_leigh_r hi hi, so a posh will give you full refund? That means to speed things up, I can repost the original item and you make the purchase like a new transaction? Or do you want to wait till you receive tour refund first?

t_leigh_r @anyac17 I guess wait until I receive my refund. Do you know if I will get free shipping off your new transaction? The order I had to return due to the incorrect item being shipped was my first ever posh purchase and they gave me free shipping.

I really wouldn’t know how they handle their offer, but see if they can still honor that free shipping.. if not, I’ll offer you the free shipping to make up for my mistakes. It’s hard as seller pays a good chunk to posh already... we’ll finalize these details when we get to that! 😊
