lexicurry95 @teresaoh1 Hello, I was going to ship out your Too Faced highlighter tomorrow. I had a 2 day blizzard in NY and haven't been able to get to the post office.I wanted to let you know that highlighter somehow came unattached to the packaging when I was packing it
