dgt293 @luv4terrysahome I am sorry the condition was not what I hoped it would be for that price. I ruined the purse trying to get the numerous pen marks off. I’m not trying to be trouble.

luv4terrysahome @dgt293 You are not being trouble. I just need an understanding of all this. Five star rating at first, you tried to remove stray marks which were mentioned in the item description and photos, the purse was ruined while you were cleaning it so now I deserve a 2-star rating if I do not refund some of your money. Am I correct in this?

dgt293 @luv4terrysahome I gave the 5-star rating before fully looking at the purse which was stupid, I know. You shipped quickly and the service was good so I just gave you the 5 stars. But then I looked at the purse and was so disappointed in the pen marks. Please understand I am new to Poshmark.
