sprinklesgifts Hi Teresa thank you for your purchase of the shoes. We went to pectin and we open this last box and discovered that it was not new. Looks like somebody wore it once and smashed one of the black foot heel stoppers. Out of hundreds of shoes this is the first one we’ve seen with something like this. I am so very sorry.
