Good luck with getting any order from black widow. I ordered a couple of things and poshmark canceled the orders bc she didn't ship or answer any questions about my order when she's shown as active. I was very disappointed, really wanted the items. Including the purse. :(

I'm so sorry you're not satisfied with your purchase. I didn't realize until packing it that there were some slight defects on the bag. I had only used it once then stuck it in storage so I never knew. I'll be more than glad to accept you returning the item. I really am so sorry. The defects are visible in the listing pictures but I guess neither of us noticed.
