brewster2019 I am so very sorry that you did not receive the comforter. I guess you do know that I shipped it. The only thing I know for you to do is to call or file a claim with the post office. They delivered the comforter somewhere, and the should find it for you or refund you the amount you paid. This happens often to my daughter since her address number has been misread. Sometimes her neighbors bring the items to her and sometimes not.☹️
