I noticed your poor review of the bag you purchased. The bag had not been used and was in a box since the photos were taken so the condition would not have changed. I do not have any pets so I don’t know where pet hair would have come from or the odor you mentioned. If you would be willing to adjust your rating you can return the bag for a refund

@amandalemmer I noticed you commented that it was gently used. I took pictures of the condition of it on arrival if you would like to see them. Not sure if someone else handles your merchandise after you initially see it. I can send you pics. I’ve already washed it. I’ll adjust the rating anyway, I really don’t want to bother with returning it. I wouldn’t have time until next week. I just have left 5 star ratings on everything I have purchased, I’m not a picky buyer.

@skpmom01 it was gently used but had not been used since the photos. There is no other handling besides myself so I genuinely do not know how it was stained etc.

You stated the clip didn’t stay closed like the new Clips. This is a new Pandora Clip purchased jewelry Store Pandora Auction.
I wish you would have reached out to me to resolve the problem instead of a neg review.
I have sold many and you r the first that seems to have a problem. It makes me wonder how the clip was opened and if the silicone was Accidentally damaged.

@elegantladies I have left positive feedback for everyone except you and the woman you just replied to (for some random reason). I wasn’t asking for my money back. I was just letting you know that if you got your supplies from someone telling you that they are new, maybe you should check them out. And for the record, I have picture of the “gently used bag” that she sold me. Worn almost to white in the corners and stained inside with some kind of liquid and gibs of dog hair.

And I was hesitant to leave negative feedback on her, but it was ridiculous. I realize that people make a living selling on here, that is why I try to be responsible with my feedback. But I couldn’t leave 5 stars on a charm that I paid $30 for if it wouldn’t stay closed.
