flygirlchicago @tdugg hi. I had no idea the zipper was broken on the boot :( you definitely could have returned them since the zipper is broken. Please contact Poshmark support to try to do a return. Again I’m so sorry I had no idea

flygirlchicago @tdugg I know you’re rightfully upset about the broken zipper. I reached out to Poshmark Support earlier to ask if you can still return the boots and get a refund. Usually it takes a day or so to hear back from them but I’m hoping they approve a return even though the order was “accepted”

flygirlchicago @tdugg let’s see if Poshmark will allow the return, in that case they will email you a return label and give a refund when I receive them back. If they don’t allow the return we will work something out. Thanks for your understanding

tdugg @flygirlchicago actually the refund has already been processed but it said I did not need to return- however I’m happy to do so. Maybe you could have the zipper repaired- let me know😊

flygirlchicago @tdugg oh my gosh that’s great you got a refund. I haven’t heard back from when I emailed Poshmark so I’ll let you know what I hear from them. I’m guessing you emailed them too. Ok I’m so glad you got a refund. The customer service at Poshmark Support is really good 💛

flygirlchicago @tdugg I just heard back from Poshmark and I didn’t get a clear answer, they said sales are final if the order is “accepted” but they do look at individual cases. I’m guessing you contacted them and explained what happened and they gave you a refund because you have a good record on Poshmark they know you are being honest. Since you “accepted” the order, I got paid my part of the sale and the response from Poshmark sounded like they just leave it at that.

flygirlchicago @tdugg You don’t need to worry about returning the boots. Again, I’m so sorry about all of this! My main concern was that you get a refund and I’m so glad you did. Just know that when you buy something on Poshmark, there is a type of guarantee so if something is broken/damaged etc you can get a refund, don’t “accept” the item. Just notify Poshmark right away.
