I personally, checked the tracking # that Poshmark has provided and it says that it has arrived at your local post office and is available for pickup. I don’t understand why it wasn’t delivered to you but I just wanted to let you know that it is available for pickup just in case you didn’t know. I hope you love it! Thank you for your purchase 😊

Because it sounds like you have post office issues, I packed the shoes in a shoe box and then the shipping box to protect them.
