viva_la_posh @tsmith409 Again, "offered" to exchange? You should insist on giving me what I ordered. That's good customer service. I accepted it, only acknowledging that a package was delivered/received. I was very clear in that I didn't receive the correct order.

May I remind you that anytime there is an error on either end or buyer has an issue, if you expect a seller to fix it you need to not accept it on the app, give a bad rating, and expect it to be handled off site. Poshmark knows errors can occur and based on my 100's of sales they have remedies thru the app for this type of thing. Have a great weekend!
