kmcman200 @robotshug Hey!! I dropped off your cleanser at the post office on Saturday and it didn’t start tracking until yesterday. This is the second time I had this issue with this post office taking a couple days to start tracking. I always ship within a day of the purchase so I just wanted to apologize for it taking longer than it should have. I definitely won’t be using that post office anymore. You should get it hopefully tomorrow from what the USPS site says. 😊

Oh and on the USPS, my mom asked (since I am 15 and the lady stated that if you don't ask to get a receipt -here at ours in NC-they do not scan the tracking info. -CRAZY, since my mom and I both thought it was their job.-major reason why it's so slow updating). Just wanted you to know that about the Concealer and added that about the USPS, hope that helps :-). Blessings, C

rwinig Hey hon I was checking on the shipment of the slip for you and it shows it has been sitting at the post office in Chula Vista, CA since the 7th. Here it is the 11th! I see no record of it moving since arriving there on that same date. You may want to jot down the tracking number and call the Chula Vista post office and make sure they're not taking turns trying it on! 🙂
