ferret141 @spruceandpolish Aww, so sweet of you. Thank you. I do want to ask, when we receive the item we purchased, do we rate the seller like we do on other apps? What is the etiquette thing to do? I don't want to do the wrong thing or ever get anyone upset with me. ;-)

tiffsepiphs @ferret141 Great question! Yes, when you receive an item you’ve purchased, the app will actually remind you to rate the item & seller! You can also go to “my purchases” click on the item, & it will ask you to “accept” the item & rate it ☺️

tiffsepiphs @ferret141 You can rate out of 5 stars based on things like, did it come quickly? Was it packaged well? Was the seller easy to work with? Did the item come as described? (I always ask sellers if there are any flaws or defects before purchasing!) etc. Does that answer your question? ☺️💗

tiffsepiphs @ferret141 I totally get it! It took me a while also, and I asked LOTS of questions, and read lots of the articles in the FAQ section. Thankfully most of the people in the Poshmark community are so friendly and helpful and supportive! ☺️ So glad you’re getting the hang of things and feeling more comfortable! And I’m always happy to answer whatever questions I can! 😄💗🌺
