@pishposhomygosh hi because the sweatshirt has a bunch of strings pulling on the bottom, and I tried to cut them and a lot of the string pilled off. Kind of a bummer because it looks funny on the bottom with parts of the white string missing. I know it was used and everything else was fine so that’s why I gave you 4 stars.

Hi there - this is a first for me and I have NO clue how I did it, but I shipping the wrong shirt to you! I am SO sorry for the inconvenience!!! I am going to go to the post office first thing tomorrow morning when they open and see if I can stop the shipment - I'll contact Poshmark now too to let them know what happened and how to proceed. Again, Im SO sorry - I have the item in hand ready to ship as soon I get word from Poshmark about the right steps to take!

@josephfam let me hit the post office first - we’re a small town so they’ll know my packages. It says it’s still at my local post office so hopefully they’ll just let me swap it out. I’m on the east coast so I’ll have an update tomorrow morning around 8:30 am EST. Thanks for understanding!

@josephfam So it looks like the package made some moves :( I did some research and what you'll do is when you receive the package just open a case that it's the wrong item. Poshmark will send you a return label and then me a new one to send you the right item. Again, i am SO unbelievably sorry!!! On the bright side, it should be to you today so we can hopefully turn this around today. I have yours packaged up and all I need to do is print the new label and I'll get it right out.
