melsaai98 @painthorselover thank you for letting me know. It was sent out Friday morning of last week so I agree it is taking a long time. The envelope wasnt redelivered to me or anything so it does have sufficient postage and I double checked the address before sending out it for sure. I do not know why it has not arrived yet 😞

painthorselover @arsjays50 No. I've sent 3 messages and put in a new inquiry and still no contact from Poshmark other than when I refused $5 offer it generated automatic return shipping label. I've messaged them saying both parties want a $7.50 credit with no return of item. Their customer service is practically non-existent. Sorry if this is causing problems on your end. Very frustrating dealing with them when they don't respond to messages.

melsaai98 Hello! Reached out to usps customer service today and while it is not possible to track an stamped envelope, i did go in to my local post office to make sure the envelope was not there due to a lack of stamps or anything like this. If the envelope does not arrive to you by the end of the week I will be happy to reimburse for that bracelet or purchase a similar one and mail it. I’m really sorry for this!

painthorselover @arsjays50 Hi there. Well I never heard a thing from the couple emails I sent to Poshmark customer service. They really suck. I see they released your payment, so I guess that means I'm not going to get compensated in any way for the shirt with the holes in it. Guess I should have taken that $5 offer in the beginning, even though I didn't feel it covered the full cost, because now I'm stuck with it and nothing to make it right. I'm just really upset with this situation.

Since you paid $20 ( excluding poshmark’s shipping) for 9 items, with the necklaces being slightly more expensive, i was thinking each bracelet came out to be $2.00 a piece. I do not know how to reimburse through poshmark especially since the order is accepted but i reimburse you through other outlets ven*o or pay**l if you have an account?

I am a honest person and this was just an honest mistake and oversight on my part with not seeing the holes on there. Wouldn’t want you to have to pay for something that was a mistake on my part and the fact that Posh support ignored you!
