I explained to Poshmark that I had no way to privately respond with my address so that you could send the correct item as you had graciously offered so they just refunded it. Your communication and effort were much appreciated especially over a small order. Thanks again.

@svhvg I would be more than happy to edit it to excellent if I could find a way. It just shows order cancelled. I'll check further and see if I can find a way. If I cannot, I will contact Posmark and request they remove it since I am more than pleased with your customer service.

@svhvg I heard from Poshmark and they said if there is no place for me to adjust my rating that it will automatically fall off in 30 days. I do apologize for the inconvenience over a simple mistake. I should have communicated more effectively with you before rating or taking action. This has been a learning experience for me. Happy Holidays.
